About PathEd Learning
Clear, senior-level support for education programs and grants.
PathEd Learning was founded by Dr. Ashley Nahornick to provide practical, on-demand support for schools, education programs, and education-focused projects. I work with leaders who need experienced guidance to design, improve, explain, or fund their programs without hiring full-time staff.
Who I Am?
I have over 13 years of experience helping institutions plan, review, and improve education programs. I previously served as the lead curriculum consultant for York University’s Faculty of Science, where I supported program reviews, new program development, accreditation processes, and large-scale curriculum initiatives. I have also taught at OISE at the University of Toronto and worked with the Toronto District School Board developing research-based resources for teachers.
I hold a Doctorate in Mathematics Education from Columbia University. My work focuses on clarity, quality, and making complex educational requirements easier to understand and act on.
My Approach
I provide senior-level, independent support that is practical, clear, and focused on outcomes. I help organizations understand what is required, decide what to do next, and produce materials that stand up to review by funders, accreditors, and decision-makers.
My goal is to make program development and educational projects straightforward, transparent, and manageable.
